2 oz. cucumber vodka

1/2 oz. lime juice

4 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer Mix

2- 3 Dashes of angostura bitters

1. Prep : Rim chilled glass with lime juice, Salt & chile powder mix or ( Tajin )
2. In a shaker add ice, vodka, lime juice, Ojo Rojo mix & bitters
3. Shake & strain into salted rim glass over new ice
4. Garnish : Lime wheel, lemon wheel, cucumber, pickled Okra, spicy pickled greenbeans & TomOlives

1 - Negra Modelo

1 oz lime juice

1 1/2 cup of ceviche ( shrimp , cucumber , cilantro , tomatos & avocado )

4 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix

1. Prep : Rim glass with lim juice , salt & chile
2. Place one in half cup of Ceviche in glass
3. add lime juice & 4 oz. of chilled Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
4. slowly add one ice cold Negra Model beer
5. Garnish : Chile /lime grilled shrimp & lemon wheel

1 oz. Peppar vodka

2 slices of cucumber muddled

1 oz. lime juice

2-4 dashes of bitters

3 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody mix

Corona Familiar beer

1. Prep : Rim glass with Chamoy & Tajin
2. in a shaker muddled cucumber slices & lime wedge
3. add ice , vodka , lime juice , bitters & Ojo Rojo mix
4. shake all ingredients well and strain into rimmed glass
5. add some ice & fill up with Corona Familiar beer
6. garnish: cucumber , Spanish olives & TomOlives

*Fresh cucumber lemon-limeade

4 whole limes freshly squeezed

3 whole lemons freshly squeezed

12 - slices of fresh cucumber

1. Add water & sugar to lightly sweeten
2. Allow to infuse for 12 hours
3. 6 oz. cucumber limeade in glass
4. 2 1/2 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
5. Garnish : chamoy & Tajin on rim
